              DNV GL认可实验室


       实验室具备200kA、10MJ大电流测试能力,硬件达到国际一流水平,可开展各型玻纤、碳纤、碳玻混编叶片雷电试验,严格满足IEC 61400-24:2010、GB/T 33629-2017和IEC 62305-1:2006中电压、电流波形的试验要求。

      The laboratory has the capability of 200kA, 10MJ high current test, and the world-class level hardwares. It can conduct lightning test on various glass fiber, carbon fiber and carbon glass hybrid blades, strictly meeting the test standards of voltage and current waveform according to IEC 61400-24:2010, GB/T 33629-2017 and IEC 62305-1:2006.

TEST ITEMS



        实验室试验能力满足包含IEC 61400-24在内的国内外主流标准的要求,可对叶片、引下线、接闪器系统、滑动连接装置、轴承、间接防护器件等风力发电机组部件进行雷电相关实验。
       The laboratory test capability meets the mainstream standards at international and domestic including IEC 61400-24. Lightning related tests can be carried out on wind turbine components such as blade, down conductor, air termination system, sliding connection device, bearing and indirect protective device.

01.雷电直接效应试验——高电压试验
LIGHTNING DIRECT EFFECTS TEST --- HIGH VOLTAGE TEST

⑴ 初始先导附着雷击试验
用来确定雷电附着点位置以及可能的沿非导电材料表面或穿透非导电材料的击穿路径。
⑴ Initial Leader Attachment Lightning Test
Used to determine the location of lightning attachment points, and possible breakdown paths along non-conductive surfaces or through non-conductive materials.


⑵ 扫掠通道雷击试验
适用于评估风电叶片非导电表面可能的击穿位置;非导电表面上的闪络路径;保护装置的性能。
⑵ Sweep Channel Lightning Test
Be suitable for evaluating possible breakdown locations of non-conductive surfaces of wind turbine blades, flashover paths on non-conductive surfaces and performance of devices protective.




02.雷电直接效应试验——大电流试验
LIGHTNING DIRECT EFFECTS TEST --- HIGH CURRENT TEST



⑴ 电弧引入试验
用来确定因雷电附着于叶片及雷电能量从附着点注入造成的直接效应损伤。
⑴ Arc Entry Lighting Test
Used to determine the direct effect damage caused by the lightning attached to the blade and the lightning energy injected from the attachment point.


⑵ 非导电表面试验
用于测定在接闪系统成功接闪后,雷电通道扫过非导电表面的影响,以及对表面下方结构的影响。
⑵ Non-conductive Surface Test
Used to determine the effect of the lightning channel sweeping over the non-conductive surface and the effect on the structure below the surface after successfully intercepting flashes of air termination system.


⑶ 传导电流试验
用于风电机组特定部件试验(如引下线),评估关键部件的雷电流传导能力。
⑶ Conducted Current Test
Used for specific component testing of wind turbine (such as down conductor) to assess the lightning current conduct capability of critical components.




03.雷电间接效应试验
LIGHTNING INDIRECT EFFECTS TEST


⑴ 雷电流引起的感应电流/电压测量
通过电压探头和罗氏线圈可以测量电气设备引脚和线缆束上的感应电压和电流。
⑴  Measurement Of Inductive Current / Voltage Caused By Lightning Current
The induction voltage and current on the pin and cable bundle of electrical equipment can be measured by the voltage probe and the Rogowski coil.
